Which years IIT Madras sets the GATE question paper

GATE 2019 is being organized by IIT Madras. Every student appearing in GATE 2019 have a query that in Which years IIT Madras sets the GATE question paper? As students think that current year GATE paper will similar to GATE exam conducted last time by respective IIT. Before this GATE 2011 was conducted by IIT Madras. But paper is never set by any individual(conducting) IIT.
